Job Description: • We are seeking an experienced Operations Officer II to support high-volume back-office operations within a leading financial client. This role involves processing financial transactions, supporting wealth line of business requests, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in SLA-driven environments. The position offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative team while gaining valuable exposure to financial operations.

Responsibilities: • Process high-volume cash-in and cash-out transactions accurately within defined SLAs • Support wealth operations by handling transaction requests across multiple systems/applications • Review financial documents with high attention to detail and ensure data accuracy • Maintain and update records using Excel spreadsheets and internal tools • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations • Adhere to compliance and data security standards while handling sensitive customer data • Track and meet performance metrics using SLA-based trackers Experience: • 2–4 years of experience in banking or financial services • Experience working in high-volume, SLA-driven environments • Strong background in back-office operational support • Experience in handling customer service-related queries (internal support preferred) Skillsets: • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Strong Excel skills including spreadsheet management and data handling • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education: University graduate in any discipline

Additional Qualifications: • Prior experience with financial transactions and wealth operations is an asset • Ability to work in a hybrid setup (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
