ServiceNow Developer

Insight Global is hiring an Intermediate ServiceNow Developer to join a leading enterprise client on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for a ServiceNow professional with 3–5 years of platform development experience who enjoys building custom solutions, developing integrations, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative Agile environment while contributing to platform enhancements, workflow automation, and application development.

Job Details Title: Intermediate ServiceNow Developer Contract Length: 6 Months Rate: $50–60/hr CAD Location: Downtown Toronto Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience MUST have ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and development best practices Experience developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform Experience designing and implementing workflows, integrations, and custom applications Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM ITOM ITAM CSM GRC HRSD / HR Management Strong JavaScript development experience Hands-on experience with GlideRecord API, Ajax, and Jelly Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs Experience troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow platform issues Experience performing code reviews and maintaining development quality standards Ability to independently develop custom solutions and integrations Experience working within Agile environments Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Integration Specialist certification Minimum of two ServiceNow Micro-Certifications preferred
