Make a Meaningful Difference in Long-Term Care — RN Opportunity in Penticton, BC Role: Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) Location: Penticton, BC Contract: January 1, 2026 – April 1, 2026 Shifts: 12-hour shifts | 07:00–19:00 & 19:00–07:00
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Long-Term Care RN to support residents in a compassionate, resident-centred care environment. This role is ideal for nurses who value continuity of care, strong clinical assessments, and collaborative teamwork.
Required Skills & Experience Active RN registration in British Columbia. Minimum 1 year of Canadian nursing experience preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and care-planning skills Ability to manage complex care needs in an LTC setting
Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to LTC residents Conduct assessments and monitor changes in resident condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
