Key Responsibilities

• Review manufacturing plans, engineering drawings, and CATIA models to understand part requirements
• Analyze drawings and create detailed inspection plans based on specifications and critical features
• Support updates to HDR in collaboration with the Final Inspection team
• Work with CMM inspectors to review and update CMM inspection criteria and measurement requirements
• Compare design intent with inspection methods to ensure proper verification of key characteristics
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies between drawings, models, and inspection processes
• Assist in standardizing inspection documentation and improving clarity of inspection requirements
• Participate in team discussions and provide input on quality and inspection improvements

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical program
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings clearly
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (quality, inspection, manufacturing)
