Job Title: Professors (Part-Time) - Office Administration Program Department: Entrepreneurship Academy Location: College Drive Campus – North Bay, ON Contract Duration: September 8 – December 18, 2026 (14 weeks excluding Reading Week) Application Deadline: Tuesday, July 7, 2026 – 12:00 p.m. Qualifications: Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Administration or a closely related field. If education is in a related field, state how it is relevant. Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in an Office Administration setting. Advanced skill level in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Office Management Software (e.g. scheduling systems, database, CRM tools), Virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace), as well as basic bookkeeping or accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, or equivalent, preferably in a college setting. Previous post-secondary teaching experience informed by excellence with various learning theories and methods Highly effective communication, presentation, and organizational skills Demonstrated knowledge of student success strategies in a post-secondary setting Demonstrated knowledge and experience in learning management systems as well as the use of remote delivery and educational technologies Previous teaching experience is an asset Must be able to reliably commute to the College Drive Campus in North Bay, ON required Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and evaluate effective learning related to: OAD110 – Office Commerce 6 hours/week Schedule: Tuesdays 8:30-10:20 am Wednesdays 8:30-10:20 am Fridays 10:30 am-12:20 pm OAD116 – Computerized Document Production I 6 hours/week Schedule: Mondays 12:30-2:20 pm Wednesdays 10:30 am-12:20 pm Thursdays 8:30-10:20 am OAD123 – Office Procedures and Administration I 5 hours/week Schedule: Mondays 8:30-11:20 am Thursdays 2:30-4:20 pm OAD229 – Legal Terminology 4 hours/week Schedule: Wednesdays 2:30-4:20 pm Thursdays 10:30 am-12:20 pm Work closely with students and colleagues to provide an optimal learning environment Perform all responsibilities associated with the learning environment including preparation, delivery, and evaluation of theory and practical learning activities Applications will be accepted by the Organizational Development and Talent Management Department through our Career Portal at https://www.canadorecollege.ca/about/careers until 12:00 p.m., on the closing date.
