Technical Recruiting

We are seeking a high-impact, mid-level Bilingual Engineering Recruiter (French/English) to support our Aerospace & Defense portfolio. In this role, you will partner with technical leaders and hiring managers to attract and hire top engineering talent across critical programs, including aeronautics, defense systems, avionics, and advanced manufacturing.
This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of talent strategy, technical recruiting, and market intelligence—driving hiring outcomes for mission-critical engineering programs.

Your role

  • Talent Strategy: Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for aerospace and defense engineering roles (systems, avionics, mechanical, software, embedded, and manufacturing).

  • Bilingual Candidate Engagement: Source, screen, and engage candidates in both French and English, providing a high-touch, consultative candidate experience.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers, program leads, and delivery teams to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and hiring priorities.

  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, niche engineering platforms).

  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor hiring activity, and emerging skill sets within the Aerospace & Defense sector.

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including intake, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding alignment.

  • Process Excellence: Ensure compliance with hiring standards, documentation requirements, and DEI best practices while continuously improving recruiter efficiency and performance metrics.

    Your skills and experience

  • Experience: 5–8 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong focus on engineering roles.

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience recruiting within Aerospace, Defense, or highly regulated engineering environments.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)—required for candidate and stakeholder interaction.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering disciplines such as systems engineering, avionics, embedded systems, mechanical design, or manufacturing engineering.

  • Sourcing Expertise: Advanced sourcing capabilities (Boolean search, LinkedIn, competitor mapping, passive candidate engagement).

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze recruiting metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill) and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and advise business leaders.

    Nice to have

  • Experience supporting US or cross-border hiring (US/Canada)

  • Familiarity with security clearance hiring or compliance-heavy environments

  • Exposure to engineering services or consulting organization

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $29.90/hour - $46.71/hour. Our offered benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
