About the Role We are seeking an MBA Business Development & Outreach Intern to support our partnership and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for MBA students or recent business graduates who enjoy building relationships, engaging with organizations, and contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Working alongside the leadership team, you will help expand Enabled Talent’s network by connecting with employers, nonprofits, universities, colleges, chambers of commerce, and community organizations while gaining hands-on experience in business development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct outreach to employers, nonprofits, universities, colleges, and community organizations • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and collaboration opportunities • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings with prospective partners • Support business development initiatives and relationship management • Research organizations, funding opportunities, and new markets • Assist with presentations, partnership proposals, and outreach materials • Maintain CRM records and track partnership activities • Represent Enabled Talent at networking events, conferences, and ecosystem activities • Support strategic growth initiatives and special projects

Preferred Qualifications • MBA student or recent graduate preferred • Background in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills • Interest in business development, sales, partnerships, consulting, or social enterprise • Comfortable with in-person meetings, networking, and professional outreach • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
