Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 days on site, Thursday is WFH day) Pay Rate: $60.39/hr - $71.31/hr Contract Length: 12 Months

Responsibilities
Collaborate with 2 dedicated designers and other designers (Content, Research, Visual) to solve a client problem through design thinking Propose and participate in user research to help define the problem we are solving Design end-to-end solutions from 0 to 1 through the full design lifecycle Work with the product team to translate product strategy into a designs Propose and participate in user testing of designs Work with the Component team to create reusable design elements and patterns Present their work to the wider team Collaborate with design leadership to further our design strategy
Must Have Skills
3–5+ years of mobile-first design for iOS and Android. Experience managing the full design lifecycle, from discovery and research through execution. Proficiency in Figma: Using Figma to create a document our dev, architecture, and QA teams can use. Ability to clearly articulate the client and the business problem and to make design decisions based on them. An understanding of native patterns and trends in iOS and Android. A systems thinker: an ability to learn the tech systems that support our designs Ability to identify what we need to test and what we need to measure in production. Design system experience
Nice To Have Skills
Previous financial or banking experience Facilitation skills AI literacy and ethical awareness
