Power Platform Developer (Contract)-potential to turn FTE

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer who is passionate about building modern business solutions using Microsoft’s low-code ecosystem. This is a Power Platform-first role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, improving workflows, and working with automation, data, and emerging Microsoft technologies.

This is not a traditional .NET development role. While a programming background is valuable, the primary focus is hands-on development using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

What You’ll Do Develop, enhance, and support enterprise Power Apps Build and maintain workflow automation using Power Automate Design and deliver dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI Support existing production applications and respond to user requests Troubleshoot and resolve Power Platform issues (L1/L2 support) Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment Participate in daily Scrum and contribute to solution design discussions Assist with code reviews, testing, and occasional .NET/front-end support work

What We’re Looking For-Must-Have Experience Strong hands-on experience with: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Experience supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform solutionsProduction environments Governance and security Large user base environments Programming background in .NET or another object-oriented language Experience working in Agile development environments

Nice to Have Dataverse Microsoft Fabric AI / Copilot Studio exposure API / integration experience .NET / C# development experience Modern UI or front-end framework exposure
