Role: Physicist (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $70 - $90/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a PhD Physicist to work on a contract basis. The position involves analyzing physical systems, developing theoretical models, and applying computational techniques to solve complex problems in a specialized domain.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and refine mathematical models to simulate physical phenomena relevant to the project’s objectives. • Conduct rigorous analysis of experimental or simulation data to extract meaningful insights and validate theoretical predictions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific findings into actionable technical solutions. • Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations summarizing research outcomes and recommendations. • Ensure adherence to scientific standards and methodologies in all computational and analytical work.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • PhD in Physics or a closely related field is required. • Strong background in theoretical and applied physics, including quantum mechanics, statistical mechanics, or electromagnetism. • Proficiency in computational tools such as Python, MATLAB, or similar programming languages for modeling and data analysis. • Experience with numerical simulation techniques, finite element analysis, or Monte Carlo methods. • Ability to independently design and execute research experiments or simulations to address specific technical challenges.
