Job Title: Account Manager III Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months contract

About the Role Support sellers by onboarding, training, and coaching them to launch successfully and grow on the live commerce platform. This is an execution-focused role centered on seller success, performance coaching, and account management.

What You’ll Do Deliver structured onboarding and training using existing playbooks and scripts Coach sellers through their first 8 weeks, helping improve live show quality and performance Monitor seller KPIs (GMV, viewership, conversion, engagement) and provide data-led guidance Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of ~30 sellers Onboard 2–4 new sellers weekly and manage ongoing engagement

What We’re Looking For Experience in account management, customer success, or seller support (e-commerce) Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills Comfortable using data and dashboards to guide performance improvements Able to follow established frameworks (not a strategy or playbook creation role) Self-starter who can manage multiple sellers simultaneously Background in marketplaces, live commerce, or small-business seller support Familiarity with KPIs like GMV, conversion rate, and engagement metrics
