Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, drafting legal documents, and advising on legal matters.

Key Responsibilities: • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws. • Conduct legal research to support casework and identify relevant precedents or regulations. • Assist in managing legal documentation, filings, and submissions to regulatory bodies. • Provide guidance on legal risks and compliance requirements for business operations. • Maintain accurate records of legal activities and communications for audit purposes.
