About the Opportunity We're recruiting a Senior Systems Analyst to join a large, multi-site healthcare organization supporting a complex portfolio of enterprise applications that are critical to day-to-day operations and patient care.
This is a hands-on technical role best suited for someone who enjoys working across multiple interconnected enterprise systems rather than focusing on a single application. You'll help maintain, enhance, integrate, and modernize both clinical and non-clinical systems while ensuring reliability, scalability, and high availability in a mission-critical healthcare environment.
You'll work across a modern Microsoft technology stack while contributing to cloud modernization, AI initiatives, and enterprise application integrations that directly improve operational efficiency and the delivery of healthcare services.
What You'll Be Doing Develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using C#/.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, Power Platform, and Azure technologies Build and maintain REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and interoperability solutions between clinical and business systems Support an established portfolio of applications by troubleshooting production issues, implementing enhancements, and participating in upgrades and maintenance activities Collaborate with business users, clinical teams, vendors, and technical teams throughout the full application lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support Develop AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and automation technologies to streamline business processes Optimize SQL performance, data integrations, and ETL processes while maintaining high system reliability Contribute to governance, documentation, security, and continuous improvement initiatives across the application environment
What We're Looking For 5+ years supporting and developing enterprise business applications in complex production environments Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure Experience building and supporting enterprise integrations across multiple interconnected systems Experience working within large, mature ("brownfield") application environments, including maintaining existing systems and enhancing legacy applications Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Microsoft technologies Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Generative AI, or AI-driven workflow automation Strong SQL skills including stored procedures, performance tuning, and ETL Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills
Strong Assets Healthcare experience (hospital, EMR/EHR, clinical systems) Experience with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare integration standards Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical environments such as healthcare, banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, or government Microsoft Azure or Power Platform certifications
