What we offer This role offers the opportunity to help shape the digital backbone of an advanced manufacturing start-up, with a particular focus on scalability and efficiency. This role will have ownership of ERP (Odoo) finance deployment, leading multiple workstreams independently and incorporating input from software development, systems integration, and application security. This is a hands-on, build-and-lead role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, partners closely with finance, procurement, operations and enjoys turning complex requirements into secure, scalable ERP solutions that power the future of manufacturing. The ideal candidate has robust experience scoping ERP requirements with an established PMO methodology in a manufacturing context. What you’ll do Initiate, Plan, Monitor/Control and Close assigned projects ranging from a few months to multi-phased, multi-year implementations, across the Stelumar enterprise. Track and manage changes to the project scope and project schedule, using appropriate verification techniques and tools. Communicate project objectives and status to all team members and project stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects, maintain accurate defect- and issue-tracking logs. Effectively manage integrators, holding them accountable for the deliverables they are contracted to produce. Report and escalate to management as needed. Provide business and technical teams with feedback, encouragement and advice. Guide and assist project team members in identifying and estimating their tasks. Produce and maintain a variety of project management documentation including: Project Management Plans Project Schedules Communication Plans Cost/Benefit Analysis Issue list Quality Reviews Status Reports Lessons Learned Reports Ensure that all required documentation is created with quality, signed off appropriately and stored correctly. Other duties as assigned. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or equivalent working experience Active PMP/PMI certification 7+ years as an IT finance business analyst leading large-scale Odoo projects in a medium-large company through the entire delivery lifecycle, some of which should have been spent in an internal IT department context Prior experience working in one or many of the following roles: BA, SA, Dev, QA Hands-on SDLC experience Excellent oral and written communication skills (documentation, presentation, meeting facilitation) Strong Vendor management skills and experience Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to create and maintain strong working relationships across the enterprise. Experience managing Project Budget/Project Approval Requests Willingness to multi-task and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities. Pragmatic outlook with the ability to right-size effort Strong project management and change management skillsets Compensation The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills.
