Summer Student- Bulk Bills Project

Reports to:

Enrolment Manager, Client Success

POSITION SUMMARY

The Summer Students will work closely with the Client Success team to support the Bulk Bills project through data analysis, process documentation, testing, reporting, and operational readiness activities. This is a full-time summer contract position running from July to September 1, ideally aligning with the students’ availability until school reopens. The successful candidates will gain hands-on experience working on a business-critical project while developing valuable analytical and project management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, review, and validate project-related data
• Assist with documenting business processes and workflows
• Generate reports and maintain project tracking documentation
• Track project issues and assist with follow-up actions
• Provide general administrative and project support as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to obtain information, collect data and enter it into an internal portal
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and stakeholders as needed to gather information, and follow up on outstanding items
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines

OTHER COMPETENCIES 

• Previous customer service or data entry experience preferred
• Comfortable initiating and conducting professional phone conversations with clients and stakeholders

WORKING CONDITIONS 

• Full-time summer contract position, expected to run from July to September 1, ideally aligning with the student’s availability until school reopens.

• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Hybrid work arrangement, with four days in office and one remote workday per week.

• Position is based at our Vaughan, Ontario location.
