Company Description Foundation of Jasper is a faith-driven, evidence-based development enterprise focused on catalyzing wealth generation and security through family-based industries. Its programs span housing, food and clothing security, development of innovative family and youth industries, and premium professional development through coaching, training, and a discussion forum called Development with Impact.
Role Description We are seeking qualified experts in (a) rural agricultural development (b) community tourism and (c) economics, particularly cost benefit analysis to support our team on an evaluation of a rural development project in the Caribbean. We are keen to engage persons with substantial experience in rural development, across diverse country contexts. You must be able to demonstrate experience working with International Development Partners.
Please note that this assignment will require travel to a Caribbean country in order to conduct field investigations.

Qualifications Specialist 1: Demonstrated expertise in rural agriculture development, including smallholder systems, value chains, and sustainable farming practices. Specialist 2: Proven experience in community tourism planning, community engagement, and development of tourism products that benefit local households. Specialist 3: Strong background in economics, with practical experience in cost benefit analysis, impact evaluation, and financial modeling. All Experts: Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize data, and produce clear, actionable insights and reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analysis to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and collaborate across disciplines and geographies. Advanced degree in agriculture, economics, development studies, tourism, or a related field is highly beneficial. Experience in low- and middle-income country contexts, particularly rural communities, is an advantage.
