Faculty/Department Faculty of Media, Art, and Performance Unit Media, Art, and Performance-Theatre Employee Group URFA CUPE 5791 Job Family Category Sessional Number of Vacancies 1 Position Summary

In this course, third and fourth-year students will rehearse and perform a scripted production. Emphasis will be on the practical process of breaking down a script, developing character, and working as an ensemble to bring a script to the stage.

Position Requirements

Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree in theatre. Preference given to those with an MFA as well as those with a proven record in professional theatre and an active practice. Preference also given to those with a strong record of university teaching.

Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Other Work Hours

This class is scheduled for on-campus delivery on the following days/times:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday – 1800-2200
Wednesday – 1430-1730
Friday – 1300-1800
