The Opportunity:
The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) is seeking an individual who is self-motivated, organized and results-oriented to fill the role of a 2-year term as the Finance Administration Lead for the Logistics and Support Services Branch in Prince Albert.
This position is responsible for providing financial, administrative and human resource leadership to the Logistics and Support Services Branch and its direct reporting organizations, including budget analysis and forecasting, contract administration, data compilation, record keeping, purchasing, invoice payment and processing. This position also provides administration, training and direction for staffing; completion of timecards, benefits and entitlements. As well as other operational duties.
To be successful in this position, you must be a dependable, self-starting team player, a skilled communicator, adaptable, accountable, supportive, and respectful.

SPSA’s mission is to safeguard and protect the people, property and resources of Saskatchewan through partnerships, coordinated planning, education, prevention, mitigation, response and recovery. With a fleet of specialized aircraft, equipment, personnel and bases across the province, SPSA responds to emergencies and disasters from the air, on the ground and behind the scenes. As home of the Fire Commissioner, the SPSA also assists communities in compliance with the National Fire Code through investigations conducted by designated inspectors/peace officers.
