You will: •Lead daily health service operations by coordinating nursing, medical, and allied health activities within a secure correctional e nvironment.•Provide supportive, people-centered leadership through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and ensuring staff feel capable, equipped, and confident in t heir roles.•Manage HR and labour relations functions including scheduling, performance management, training needs, attendance support, and adherence to collective agreements.•Oversee quality and safety standards by monitoring trends, evaluating service delivery, and ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and professional practice re quirements.•Coordinate resources and external services to support effective health ca re delivery•Maintain secure and efficient operations by ensuring proper handling of medications, records, equipment, and participating in risk management and problem-solving
