Title: Sr. Data Integration Specialist Location: Guelph, ON (REMOTE) Duration: 14 month contract Pay range: $59-$67 per hour

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Integration Specialist for one of Canada's leading insurance companies. This individual will join a team supporting a strategic data modernization initiative focused on delivering reliable, analytics-ready data to pricing and actuarial teams. The role is highly hands-on and centered around building and enhancing data pipelines, developing business-ready datasets, validating and reconciling data, and troubleshooting complex integration challenges. This is an opportunity to play a key role in productionizing a critical solution while contributing to the organization's migration from Synapse to Databricks.
Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience of hands-on data engineering and development • Designing and implementing silver-to-gold pipelines in Databricks • Developing complex business transformations using PySpark, Python, and SQL • Experience validating the data - building metrics, how to approach reconciliation, etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Insurance experience
Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist with in screening and assessing applicants for this position.
