Role Description s:Requirement:3+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and development including customizing Salesforce objects| workflows| and security models.2+ years of experience with nCino loan management system and basic understanding of Lending operations.Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms| systems| or applications using APIs and data connector s.Experience with Apex programming| Visualforce| Lightning components| and Salesforce REST APIs Proficiency in SQL and database management| particularly in relation to relational database s.Familiarity with data modeling concepts like normalization| denormalization| and entity-relationship modelin g.Experience in troubleshooting incident using Apex classes| Triggers| Apex Test Classes for SFDC testing and Batch Apex for complex data processin g.Experience in SFDC development using visual force pages| visual force components AJAX Tool kit| SOQL| and SOSL querie s.Experience with customizing various SFDC standard objects like Accounts| Contacts| Opportunities| Cases Entitlements| Service Contracts| Reports| and dashboard s.Created Page Layouts| search layouts to organize fields| custom links| related lists| and other components on a record detail and edit page s.Responsibilities :Handle production incidents end-to-end| including ticket triage| escalation| stakeholder communication| and maintaining runbooks| SOPs| and knowledge base articles for recurring issue s.Support deployment activities| production releases| hotfixes| and configuration changes. Validate post-deployment functionality and ensure system stability after every releas e.Administer and manage Salesforce environments| including users| permissions| and data model s.Customize Salesforce objects| fields| record types| page layouts| and workflows to meet business requirement s.Configure and manage Salesforce Lightning components| including custom pages| dashboards| and report s.Perform regular health checks and optimize Salesforce instance performance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce customizations| integrations| and workflow s.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutio nsManage SSL certificates| SAML certificates| and JWT signing certificates used in integrations (e.g.| Salesforce to external systems).
