Required Skills: ✅ 10+ years of ServiceNow experience ✅ 3+ years as HRSD Architect ✅ HR Case Management ✅ Employee Center Portal ✅ HR COEs ✅ REST/SOAP Integrations ✅ ACLs, Workflows, Flow Designer ✅ CSA Certification (Mandatory) ✅ CIS-HR Certification (Mandatory)
Responsibilities: Architect and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions Lead HR Case Management and HR COE implementations Design Employee Center experiences Develop integrations with enterprise applications Provide architectural guidance and best practices Work directly with HR stakeholders and business teams
