Accountabilities: Analyze internal and external datasets to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support strategic business decisions across multiple functions. Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for product, operations, and leadership teams. Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking systems to monitor business performance and initiatives. Develop structured reporting cadences and deliver executive-level reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment between data outputs and organizational needs. Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity by implementing validation processes and working closely with data owners. Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support strategic projects, operational improvements, and decision-making initiatives. Requirements: 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role supporting business decision-making. Strong academic background in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights. Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or similar platforms for dashboarding and reporting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical or analytical findings into clear business language. Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data insights to operational and strategic outcomes. Experience or strong interest in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction environments is an asset.
