What You'll Do

Design challenging, high-quality biology questions to test AI reasoning and knowledge Develop rigorous, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate clear scientific logic Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology Provide structured written feedback to help AI systems improve over time

Who You Are

Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing Detail-oriented and comfortable providing critical, structured evaluations Self-motivated and reliable when working independently and asynchronously No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or academic research Familiarity with AI language models or prompt design Background spanning multiple biology subfields (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, ecology, physiology)
