Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Community Builder at Farmer's Business Network, Inc. The Community Builder will engage and grow FBN’s farmer community across digital channels, with a focus on fostering meaningful, peer-to-peer connections. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing community engagement campaigns, responding to member inquiries, and encouraging knowledge sharing among farmers and ranchers. The role involves identifying opportunities to improve member experience, and representing FBN’s mission and values in all community interactions.

Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to engage respectfully with diverse perspectives. Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills, reliable time management, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with farming, ranching, or rural communities, or a strong interest in agriculture and sustainable food systems. Proficiency with social platforms, basic analytics tools, and collaboration tools.
