Job Title: Transformation Integrated Program / Project Lead Location: 100% Remote - Canada Duration: Contract 12+ Months

Job Description: Program Overview A large-scale Finance and Operations transformation program is underway across multiple business entities. NetSuite will serve as the enterprise finance platform, while frontline systems will capture operational activities including ground handling, deicing, fuel, and FBO transactions. A centralized data and integration layer will process operational activity, apply pricing, contract, and billing rules, and deliver controlled financial transactions into NetSuite. Additional platforms will support purchasing, accounts payable, corporate cards, and employee expenses. The program spans operational work capture, transaction processing, data integration, billing, finance transformation, and multi-site deployment. Some interfaces will also support legacy finance platforms during the transition period prior to full NetSuite adoption. Role Overview The Integrated Program / Project Lead will own day-to-day delivery of the program within the established governance structure. This individual will work across Finance, Operations, IT, Safety, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful execution of all program activities. The ideal candidate will understand both business and technology impacts, manage cross-functional dependencies, resolve issues, and provide leadership with clear recommendations when decisions or escalations are required. Key Responsibilities Maintain the integrated roadmap across NetSuite, operational systems, data platforms, and related workstreams. Manage dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, actions, budgets, and milestones. Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, and vendors. Review vendor plans and challenge assumptions or schedule changes when necessary. Ensure accountability, ownership, and timely stakeholder participation. Oversee testing, deployment readiness, cutover planning, and stabilization activities. Prepare executive and Steering Committee updates, including recommendations and trade-off analyses. Escalate critical issues and drive resolution across the program. Initial Priorities Assume ownership of the integrated delivery plan and governance cadence. Keep dependencies, risks, decisions, actions, and milestones current. Validate vendor schedules against business readiness and resource capacity. Ensure business and SME engagement is aligned with delivery timelines. Maintain oversight of testing, rollout, cutover, and stabilization readiness. Provide leadership with visibility into risks, issues, and decisions requiring action. Required Experience Proven experience leading large-scale business systems implementations from the client side. ERP implementation leadership experience, preferably NetSuite or a similar platform. Experience managing Finance, Operations, Data, and Technology workstreams. Strong vendor and systems integrator management experience. Multi-entity and/or multi-site deployment experience. Knowledge of order-to-cash, billing, pricing, and operational transaction processes. Experience with testing, cutover, business readiness, and post-go-live support. Ability to lead programs where requirements, ownership, or solution decisions evolve during implementation.
