About the role
Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Intelligence & AI Analyst to join a leading technology organization. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, supplier management, data analytics, and AI-driven process improvement. We are looking for a highly analytical professional who can work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure critical operational data is accurate, actionable, and timely. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, automating reporting processes, leveraging AI tools to generate insights, and driving supplier accountability. This is a 12 month contract position.
What You'll Be Doing Partner with suppliers and internal teams to collect, validate, and manage supply chain data Monitor key supply chain metrics including lead times, capacity, supplier performance, and manufacturing readiness Identify data gaps, investigate issues, and drive resolution through proactive stakeholder engagement Build and automate recurring reports, dashboards, and data insights using AI-enabled tools Transform complex business questions into actionable reporting and intelligence solutions Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support operational decision-making through data-driven recommendations Improve data quality and reporting visibility across supplier operations
Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Supplier Management, or a related field Strong understanding of supply chain metrics and operational reporting Experience working directly with suppliers and managing stakeholder relationships Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or business intelligence solutions Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or dashboard creation Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Experience supporting technology, hardware, infrastructure, manufacturing, or data center supply chains Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools Familiarity with supplier performance scorecards and readiness programs Experience implementing AI-driven process improvements Exposure to engineering, construction, pharmaceutical, or large-scale technology environments Working in PST time zone
