Role of the volunteer Join us as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Advisor and become a key player in change at GRASID! The volunteer will be required to carry out the following activities: Conduct an assessment and identify GRASID's needs in terms of monitoring, evaluation, capitalization and learning Support the implementation or updating of the framework, measurement plan, evaluation and learning (ELL) Develop data collection, management and analysis tools adapted to the needs of GRASID-ONG Train staff in the collection, analysis, interpretation and use of data Contribute to capitalizing on results, documenting good practices and lessons learned.
Essential academic skills: Degree in project management, management, international/community development, program evaluation or any other relevant field (university level)
Essential professional skills: At least three years of work experience in project management; Experience in capacity building; Ability to work with limited resources and as a team member;
