Role: Private Equity Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $30 - $80/hour

Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Java Developer to work on a contractual basis. As a Java Developer, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, designing, developing, and maintaining backend components using Java and the Spring ecosystem. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input, contributing to the development of frontier AI models in domains like finance, healthcare, engineering, and more.

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain backend components using Java and the Spring ecosystem to deliver seamless integrations and high-quality software solutions. • Implement high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent performance and reliability. • Participate in code reviews, contributing to best practices and continuous improvement efforts, and troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend processes to ensure consistent performance and reliability. • Write clean, well-documented code, adhering to industry standards and customer requirements, and communicate clearly in written and verbal formats, ensuring alignment with the customer's vision and team objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, product owners, and QA engineers, to deliver seamless integrations and high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications: • Expert-level proficiency in Java programming and backend development, with strong hands-on experience with Spring and related frameworks, is required to design and develop high-quality software solutions. • A solid understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and API design is necessary to implement scalable and secure software solutions. • Proven ability to work independently in a remote team setting, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a focus on clarity and collaboration, is essential for success in this role. • A demonstrated track record of delivering complex backend solutions for enterprise environments, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, is required to troubleshoot and optimize backend processes. • Experience with Java and Spring ecosystem, as well as a strong understanding of software development principles and practices, is necessary to contribute to the development of frontier AI models.
