Product Designer Monstrum | Full-time | Remote (Pacific Time hours)
About the job Monstrum is an AI-native product design and development agency. We partner with fast-moving startups building AI products from the ground up. We're growing the design team and looking for a product designer who can own work end to end, from first sketch to shipped screen. You'll work directly with founders and product teams, move fast without cutting corners, and use AI tools as a core part of how you design rather than an afterthought.
What You Do Own product design across multiple client engagements, from discovery and flows to polished UI Design landing pages and marketing sites that convert, not just look good Build and maintain design systems in Figma that hold up once dev teams start building Prototype quickly to test ideas before they get expensive Present your thinking directly to clients, take feedback well, and push back when it matters Collaborate with developers through structured handoffs (we run AI-assisted design-to-code workflows on top of Figma) Use AI tools daily to move faster on exploration, iteration, and production
What You Should Have 4+ years of product design experience with shipped work you can walk us through A portfolio showing both product UX depth and strong visual craft, landing page work included Expert-level Figma: auto layout, components, variables, prototyping Comfort with ambiguity; you can take a loose brief and come back with a point of view Clear written and verbal communication, since you'll be client-facing Fluency with AI design and workflow tools, or a genuine drive to get there fast Availability to work Pacific Time hours
