Global Clinical Distribution Lead (GCDL) Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite/week) Duration: Contract

About the Role We are seeking a Global Clinical Distribution Lead to support global clinical trial distribution activities for a leading pharmaceutical organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical trial logistics, SAP/ERP systems, and pharmaceutical supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Clinical Logistics, or Clinical Trial Distribution. Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is required. Hands-on experience supporting clinical trials and global clinical supply activities. Strong working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems. Experience with logistics, inventory management, shipment coordination, or distribution operations. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external logistics partners. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a GMP/GxP environment. Knowledge of CAPA, change controls, or quality events. APICS, Lean, Six Sigma, or SCOR certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate global clinical trial shipments and distribution activities. Manage clinical inventory deployment across the distribution network. Ensure timely delivery of clinical supplies to depots and clinical sites. Utilize SAP/ERP systems to support supply chain operations. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve distribution and logistics issues. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
