Required Experience: 5+ years leading complex Digital Health, Healthcare Transformation, or IT projects Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Experience with workflow/process mapping and current/future-state analysis Project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills
Preferred: Digital Health or Healthcare experience Health system transformation Strategic planning and service design Public sector or healthcare organization experience PMP certification
