Overview
The Software Engineer, PSP will support a range of PSP operational and technology priorities, including workflow automation, connected care solution development, CRM enhancement, and cross functional digital initiatives that improve patient and clinic experiences. You will play a key role in modernizing PSP delivery, reducing operational friction, strengthening data visibility, and supporting outcomes such as patient experience, program effectiveness, and conversion. The role of Software Engineer, Patient Support Programs will design, build, and enhance digital solutions that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuity of PSP delivery across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain connected care solutions that support PSP operations across multiple brands
- Build and enhance digital tools, automations, and internal platforms that improve workflows and patient and clinic experience
- Partner with PSP Leads and cross functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable software solutions
- Leverage Salesforce CRM, integrations, and automation tools to streamline operations and improve service delivery
- Apply modern software engineering practices to deliver secure, high quality, and maintainable solutions
- Support ongoing optimization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of PSP related digital products, including responsible use of AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Opus
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and organizational standards
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and sponsors
- Fulfill other duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development
- English and French bilingualism (oral and written).
- Previous experience working with Claude Opus
- Working with Agile/Scrum environment preferred
- Previous experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and build processes preferred
Additional Requirements
- Experience designing, building, and supporting software applications, workflow tools, or internal platforms in a business-critical environment
- Experience in Patient Support Programs, connected care, healthcare operations, digital health, or the broader Canadian healthcare ecosystem
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, system integrations, workflow automation, and related digital platforms
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and nontechnical teams
- Understanding of secure, reliable, and compliant software delivery practices, with experience using data and AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve solutions
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
Compensation:
- $90,000 – $110,000 per year
