About the role

We are looking for an Ivalua Integration & Configuration Specialist for a 1 year contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid in Downtown Toronto.

Job Summary Role is to support the configuration, customization, and integration of the Ivalua procurement platform within a complex enterprise ecosystem. In this hands-on technical role, you will translate business and functional requirements into scalable Ivalua configurations and design seamless integrations with internal and external enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure reliable, efficient, and well-documented platform operations. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize the Ivalua platform based on functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Ivalua and enterprise systems using EAI, ETL, and API-based approaches. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, integration design documents, and test scripts. Provide subject matter expertise on Ivalua configuration standards and integration best practices. Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure platform stability and data integrity. Support data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, validation, and loading between source systems and Ivalua. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and procurement workflows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting the Ivalua platform. Ivalua L1 Fundamental Configuration Certification (required). Strong experience with system integrations (EAI/ETL/API) in enterprise environments. Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query writing, optimization, and performance tuning. Solid understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and relational databases. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and configurations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in distributed / remote teams. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
