Title: Entreprise IT Communications Lead Term: 6 months Location: Toronto

We have a client in Toronto who is looking for an Entreprise IT Communications specialist to lead the development of a cohesive communications strategy for an SAP Hana implementation. They will lead program communications, manage timelines and deliverables, and develop engagement tactics targeting leaders and employees. .

Key Responsibilities Strategic Communications Leadership Develop, manage, and execute a detailed Communications and Engagement Plan across the full program lifecycle, for internal and external audience groups Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that support adoption Design and deliver communications that enable adoption of SAP S/4HANA, new business processes, and new ways of working Translate complex business and technology changes into clear, audience-specific messaging

Mandatory Requirements 15-20 experience in communications 7-10 years of experience in a lead role managing project communication team Experience managing communications in complex environments (multi-vendor and diverse workforce populations) Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, compelling content Expertise in audience segmentation, messaging strategy and stakeholder engagement across diverse employee groups Strong experience with executive and leadership engagement, executive leadership communications, messaging, and change leadership mobilization Direct communications leadership experience on a SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation Strategic communications experience with full project lifecycle of a large transformation project Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or equivalent

This is a hybrid position requiring the contractor to be on site at least three days per week so MUST be located in the Toronto area
