About the Role NetworkPedia is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support a major transformation initiative. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on developing change management deliverables, facilitating stakeholder engagement, supporting training and communications, and driving implementation readiness. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys executing change activities—not just creating strategy.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute practical change management deliverables to support project implementation. Create stakeholder impact assessments, readiness assessments, communication plans, training materials, job aids, FAQs, presentations, and end-user documentation. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, engagement sessions, walkthroughs, demos, and alignment meetings. Work closely with business and project teams to assess impacts and translate project changes into user-friendly communications and training. Develop and deliver communication materials for leadership, business users, and operational teams. Support change readiness, implementation planning, pilot activities, and phased rollouts. Track change-related activities, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. PROSCI or CCMP Certification. 4+ years of hands-on Change Management experience. Experience developing change management plans, stakeholder impact assessments, communication plans, and training plans. Experience creating stakeholder communication materials and executive presentations. Experience developing training materials, user guides, job aids, and support documentation. Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills. Experience supporting organizational change, implementation readiness, and user adoption initiatives.

Preferred Skills Government of Alberta experience. Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives. Experience with organizational readiness assessments. Business analysis or requirements gathering experience. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
