Job Summary: As a Cook at Chapel Heights, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritious and delicious meals for our residents. Your culinary skills will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents can enjoy home-cooked meals in a comfortable setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established recipes and dietary requirements.

• Ensure food handling, preparation, and storage meet safety standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and special events.

• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food preparation within the food industry or kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification or training in culinary arts or relevant field is a plus.
