Top Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Resolve billing issues, complaints, and service requests Document interactions accurately in internal systems Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams Key Requirements: 2–4 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, or similar) Fluency in French (required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and data entry systems Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
