About the role

Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. is looking for a Co-op student to join our Retail Operations team for the Fall 2026! This is great exposure for students looking for careers in the CPG industry. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Activation & Experience the Retail Operations Activation & Experience Co-op will assist in supporting Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. with retail leadership development and training. This placement is for Fall 2026. Position: Retail Operations Activation & Experience Co-op Compensation: approx. $43K-45K, 37.5 hrs per week, Work location: Hybrid; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities: Work within the Lindt Canada Retail Operations team Assist with project management of training courses for Store Managers, Assistant Manager and Regional Managers Assist with the development of the Seasonal & Permanent Onboarding Program 2026 Assist in the creation of Product Knowledge documents for new products Assist in the completion of the Retail Communication weekly Assist in planning and participating in Activation Calls pertaining to training programs Support in the rollout of a new global service program Support in the management of the retail Talent MLS program Support with reporting and analysis of the Mystery Shop and VOC programs Other duties as required Soft Skills/Requirements: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be able to communicate and articulate ideas with ease Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative mind Qualifications: Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous experience in retail environment is considered an asset To apply, please submit your application by June 30th, 2026.
