We are building a network of senior consultants for potential future engagements with Canadian banks and regulated financial institutions. This is a general recruitment campaign. The Opportunity We are seeking senior professionals who can help banks define their AI ambition, identify high-value opportunities and translate strategy into executable transformation plans. Potential responsibilities include: Developing enterprise and business-unit AI strategies Assessing AI maturity, capabilities and operating-model requirements Identifying and prioritizing high-value AI use cases Building roadmaps, business cases and investment plans Translating strategy into structured programs and measurable outcomes Advising senior executives on AI opportunities, risks and priorities Coordinating across business, technology, risk, legal and compliance teams Preparing executive and board-level recommendations What You Bring 8+ years in strategy, consulting, transformation or financial services Experience developing and executing enterprise strategies Strong understanding of AI and its application within banking Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders Strong business-case, analytical and executive-communication skills Banking or regulated-industry experience is strongly preferred Engagement Details Location: Primarily Toronto, with hybrid requirements varying by engagement Indicative compensation: Approximately $100–$175 per hour Structure and duration: Confirmed for each client engagement Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada Compensation will depend on experience, specialization, engagement structure and client requirements.
