The TA Administrator is responsible for all administration supporting the Talent Attraction department. They proactively work to complete all administrative related tasks and departmental reporting. The role is a 12 month contract.
You are a participative and autonomous individual contributor who will be supporting a team of HR Professionals who specialize Attraction and Recruitment, HR and Health & Safety, Associate Engagement, Training and Performance Management.

Manager, Talent Attraction, Recruiting and Hiring
Responsibilities
Part 1: People and Culture
- Screen resumes for job postings
- Prepare all TA offers and follow up as required
- Administrate and reply to inquiries on all HR programs
Part 2: Teamwork and Collaboration
- Recruiting for all level hourly paid positions (screening, posting etc).
Part 3: Reporting
- All reporting for TA department and HR Programs

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years clerical experience
- 2+ years of customer service
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to type 50+ wpm with 90% accuracy is preferred.
