Utilize persuasive communication and consultative selling skills to engage with prospective contributors. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends.
Requirements
Have strong relevant experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment. Expertise in resume screening, interviewing, and understanding dynamic job markets. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity. Strong consultative and sales-oriented mindset for engaging with professionals in the field. Experience working remotely and managing deliverables independently.
