Here's the Impact You'll Make and What We'll Accomplish Together The Clinical Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic. Working closely with medical, clinical, and administrative teams, you will coordinate patient journeys, optimize resources, and ensure schedules are respected to deliver an exceptional experience at every visit. Here's how Patient Journey Coordination
Coordinate patients' clinical journeys in real time to ensure a smooth, efficient experience that complies with established protocols Optimize the sequencing of examinations, consultations, and interventions to minimize wait times and maximize the use of available resources Adapt patient pathways according to medical prescriptions, clinical priorities, and healthcare professionals' availability Ensure that all scheduled examinations and activities are completed before the patient's visit concludes Monitor patient progress and facilitate the efficient flow of information and records among all stakeholders
Clinical Operations Management
Use clinical management tools to monitor visit progress and ensure effective real-time coordination of activities Coordinate clinical resources, including nurses, kinesiologists, nutritionists, and other professionals, to maintain optimal operational flow Adjust priorities and organize daily activities in response to unforeseen events, delays, absences, or operational changes Ensure compliance with medical schedules and contribute to appointment optimization to maintain an efficient workflow for both patients and healthcare professionals Communicate promptly any relevant information that may impact clinical operations
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
Work closely with clinical, medical, and administrative teams to ensure high-quality andseamless service delivery Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and the patient experience Qualifications What You Bring
College diploma in a relevant field 1–2 years of experience in a similar coordination role Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using technology-based tools
Assets
Experience in a clinical, medical, or healthcare environment Experience coordinating teams or resources
Advanced English proficiency is required, as you will regularly be expected to interact in English with external parties (e.g., clients, suppliers, or external partners), communicate in English with internal stakeholders (e.g., colleagues and other stakeholders), and work within an English-language technological environment as part of the responsibilities of this nationally scoped position.
