This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Engineer to play a key role in process optimization, risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting large-scale pipeline and midstream operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide process engineering expertise to support safe, reliable, and efficient pipeline and midstream operations Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve performance, and enhance operational reliability Lead technical investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation following process and quality incidents Conduct risk assessments, Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), and consequence and facility studies to support operational integrity Monitor process performance indicators, identify trends, and recommend course corrections to improve operational outcomes Support engineering design reviews, troubleshooting activities, and equipment obsolescence programs Partner closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to implement technical improvements and operational initiatives Contribute to Management of Change (MOC), Conduct of Safe Operations, and other operational excellence management system processes Support compliance with corporate technical standards, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence programs
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Use your process engineering expertise to drive operational excellence in pipeline, midstream, oil & gas, or heavy industrial environments Experience supporting complex process systems through optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives Strong understanding of process safety management, risk assessments, and hazard analysis methodologies Your ability to analyze operational data and performance metrics will help improve system reliability and efficiency Experience leading investigations and implementing practical corrective actions that deliver measurable results Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams Strong working knowledge of Management of Change (MOC), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and operational risk management practices Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational integrity Previous pipeline, midstream, terminal, refining, petrochemical, or energy sector experience is highly valued Your technical leadership and problem-solving skills will contribute to a high-performing engineering team
