Company Description Tandem Physiotherapy & Wellness provides comprehensive physiotherapy services for a wide variety of injuries, chronic conditions, and balance disorders. The clinic offers musculoskeletal rehabilitation, concussion care, vestibular rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, and pelvic health therapy. Care is focused on evidence-based practice and personalized treatment plans that address each individual’s specific needs and functional goals. Team members collaborate to help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to daily activities and sport safely. Role Description The Physiotherapist role at Tandem Physiotherapy & Wellness is a contract, on-site position based in London, ON. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients with musculoskeletal injuries, chronic conditions, and balance issues, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy and exercise prescription. The Physiotherapist will deliver specialized care in areas such as concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, sports injury rehabilitation, and pelvic health, while monitoring progress and updating treatment as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with other healthcare providers when appropriate, educating clients on injury prevention and self-management strategies, and contributing to a supportive, client-centered environment. Qualifications Current registration and good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (or eligibility to register). Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and exercise-based therapy in a clinical setting. Training or practical experience in concussion care, vestibular rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, or pelvic health (post-graduate courses in these areas are an asset). Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills, with an evidence-based approach to care. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Ability to manage a clinical caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed, accurate documentation. Commitment to professional development, ongoing learning, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. Availability to work on-site in London, ON, with flexibility for clinic hours as required by the contract.
