Job Title: Senior Digital Enablement Consultant Job Type: 3-month Contract (Extension possible) Start Date: ASAP Location: Montréal, QC H3S 1G3, Canada (Hybrid – 3 to 4 days onsite during key project phases) Hours per week: 40 hours per week Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Rate: $60/hr T4 or $73/hr Inc. Overview Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Enablement Lead for a major digital transformation initiative. This senior consultant will drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI technologies, and Digital Workplace initiatives while leading organizational change management, learning enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, IT teams, and executive stakeholders to improve technology adoption, develop AI learning programs, establish Communities of Practice, and deliver measurable business value through digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise digital adoption and AI enablement initiatives. Manage and evolve the AI Academy curriculum, learning pathways, certifications, and knowledge assets. Develop adoption strategies for Microsoft Copilot and Digital Workplace technologies. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and business process assessments. Build and manage AI Communities of Practice and champion networks. Create communications, training materials, playbooks, FAQs, and adoption campaigns. Manage LMS platforms (Litmos or equivalent), certifications, reporting, and training operations. Track adoption KPIs, engagement metrics, and business value realization. Present executive reports, recommendations, and transformation insights. Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, HR, and business leaders throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Change Management, Learning Enablement, or Business Transformation. Proven success leading enterprise Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI, or Digital Workplace adoption initiatives. Experience managing enterprise learning programs and LMS platforms. Strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience. Experience facilitating executive workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions. Ability to build and sustain Communities of Practice. Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Experience defining and measuring adoption KPIs and engagement metrics. Experience working across IT, Operations, HR, and business teams. Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI implementation/adoption experience. Experience with Litmos, Moodle, or similar LMS platforms. Bilingual English/French strongly preferred.
