Our client is looking for an SAP Training Lead
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: February 2027 with Go-Live January 2027
Location: Cambridge
Work Arrangement: Mostly remote but would like the consultant to be onsite for key project milestones and major deliverables, which are expected to be approximately 3-4 visits over the course of the project. Please note that the client is NOT planning to cover travel expenses for onsite visits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the organization's overall training strategy. This includes establishing a structured training framework, defining the training approach, determining the appropriate training methods for different user groups, and creating a formal governance model for the program. Candidate MUST have SAP S4 Hana implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities Include
Developing the overall training strategy, processes, and procedures. Defining training roles, responsibilities, and ownership across the organization. Determining who requires training, what training is required, and how it will be delivered. Establishing training expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Creating a comprehensive training plan, including recorded training sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Defining the responsibilities of key users, who will ultimately deliver the training across the business.
The client is looking for someone who can build and implement the complete training program from the ground up.
