Summary: Expert analyzing and reconciling large datasets, investigations to drive business requirements, decisions, and solutions. 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery Collaborate with business lines to analyze current state and gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ALM, liquidity management, FTP, and SIRR. Lead requirements workshops and create artifacts such as data flow diagrams, process models, and message mapping documents. Assist in testing efforts through scenario definition, defect triage, and requirements traceability. Implement QRM platform by understanding the business objectives of Treasury pillars and ensure it aligns with business needs and objectives. Support the implementation of QRM-related initiatives, ensuring successful project outcomes. Utilize your deep understanding of QRM to address complex business challenges. Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence. Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness. Create data and process flows using Visio, Confluence, and similar tools. Utilize SQL for analysis across large datasets and demonstrate understanding of big-data concepts.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:Diagraming skills Intimate use of AI Proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements and maintain traceability. Strong experience with SQL and data analysis across large datasets. Hands-on expertise in data integration, testing methodologies, and process documentation. Proficiency in creating data/process flow diagrams and maintaining governance artifacts. Solid understanding of financial products, balance sheet and interest rate risk management principles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of API’s, databases, and cloud Experience implementing Treasury Platform as an ALM, Liquidity Management, Stress Testing or Forecasting tool - consulting, deployment, implementation, and support.
