The** Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese ** (the CISVA) operates 46 schools – 40 elementary and 6 high schools. Immaculate Conception Elementary (Delta) is a double-stream Catholic school where we create and nurture opportunities for students to develop their faith, intellect, community spirit, and physical gifts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Immaculate Conception is looking for a dynamic, faith-filled and enthusiastic band teacher for a Grade 6 and 7 classes. These classes are typically offered on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1:00-2:00pm for Grade 7 and 2:00-3:00pm for Grade 6. Two concerts are offered for the parents and school community each year: one at Christmas and one in June.

On an on-going basis, we accept teacher applications for grade levels K to 12 for our Catholic schools throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Powell River in beautiful British Columbia. All Catholics, non-Catholics, new education grads, and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply.
