About the role
Location: Hybrid (Richmond B.C.) Employment Type: Contractor Expected Work Hours: 20-30 hours per week, with hours potentially varying based on business needs Compensation: This is a freelance/contract-based role with compensation dependent on experience, availability, and scope of work. Expected compensation is in the range of CAD $22–$32.5/hour (or equivalent monthly/project-based structure) for candidates available full-time. As an independent contractor, you’ll invoice the company on an agreed-upon payment schedule. Final compensation structure, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in the contractor agreement. Please note this is not an employee position and therefore does not include benefits, vacation pay, or other employee entitlements. Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and operating expenses unless otherwise specified.

Right now, his content focuses on inspiring and teaching beginners/intermediates in the gym how to properly lift and eat to build muscle and lose fat as effectively as possible. We’re looking for a talented, passionate scriptwriter to join the team! The Role As a Production Coordinator for Jeremy Ethier’s YouTube channel, you’ll play a key role in bringing ambitious video concepts to life by keeping every moving piece organized, aligned, and running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with our creative and production team to coordinate participants, manage logistics, and ensure shoots are executed seamlessly from pre-production through wrap. From scheduling appointments and organizing shoot details to communicating with talent, locations, and vendors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and genuinely enjoys bringing order to creative chaos. Key Responsibilities Create casting posts and application forms, screen candidates based on qualifications and personality fit, and coordinate interviews with selected applicants. Manage all logistics for talent and participants, including scheduling, DEXA/MRI appointments, wardrobe coordination, travel arrangements, and shoot-day details. Monitor participant compliance with diet and/or workout plans through weekly check-ins, ensuring all required progress photos, videos, and updates are submitted on schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for talent, participants, and production-related logistics. Coordinate calendars, travel, and day-to-day operational support for key team members. Support creative development by identifying production requirements, and helping turn ideas into actionable plans. Coordinate locations, props, vendors, rentals, permits, and other production resources needed for successful shoots. Anticipate and solve logistical challenges, adapting quickly when plans change or unexpected issues arise. Maintain clear communication across all departments, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout production.
Qualifications Experience in video production, ideally in YouTube or fast-paced digital content Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communicator who’s confident coordinating with lots of moving parts Able to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure Self-starter who takes initiative and figures things out without needing constant direction Reliable, adaptable, and genuinely great to work with Someone people enjoy having on set
